Returns and Refunds
At 3Liminal, we strive to make every transaction on our website seamless, ensuring the highest quality standards in product delivery. As a policy, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition as per the order.
However, if a product is wrongfully delivered (does not match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are open to re-fulfilling your order. To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video of the defective item must be provided. To return, exchange, or report transit damage, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8860390163 (between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST) or email us at [email protected]. Provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and an unboxing video of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will address the issue and respond within 48 working hours. Once the refund is initiated, the same can take 5-7 working days to be reflected in your bank account.
If an order is placed by mistake or needs to be cancelled, please get in touch with our customer care team at the earliest. Cancellations will not be eligible if the order has already been dispatched from the warehouse.
Given the nature of our products, we hold the sole discretion to determine the resolution for each situation. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact our team for a prompt resolution.
No return/exchange will be processed if the customer provides a wrong or incomplete shipping address, experiences two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or refuses the package. If 3Liminal approves a refund, 5% of the invoice value paid toward transaction fees will not be refunded. For International Orders, if a customer refuses to pay the mandated Duty by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency (e.g., DHL, FedEx), 3Liminal will not refund any amount for such orders. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
